3 rounds of 3 things I couldn't do when I was last a prime, plus a 400-meter run. I lost time by missing 2 DUs in round 2 (had to use a different rope from the one I'd been using for 18 months), and then in round 3 the pullups were just really hard, in an overall fitness way rather than because of arm/shoulder fatigue. Fun though, and I enjoyed running it with all the CFKMSF people—thanks Kat for letting me inflict it on everyone!
