1/2 HOTSHOT 19. would have taken me forever to finish 6 rounds. i was smoked. never muscle failure but the lactic acid was killin me. started first round with larger sets of cleans then quickly went to fast singles. when i'm back in CF shape def want to revisit this one in honor of the fallen firefighters.
