  • 15# PR. 5x185, 5x225, 3x295, 1x365, 1x390, 1x405. Hook grip for first 3 sets. Switch grip for 1Rep sets. Suede belt for 295+. I was a bit conservative with my PR attempt, had a Least another 10# in me, of course you only know that afterward.
