Three rounds of: Burpees 55/75 pound Power snatch Box jump, 24" box 55/75 pound Thruster Chest to bar Pull-ups "Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. Couldn't get toes all the way to the bar with out kipping, last round was the best for T2B...almost got them all the way up. Squat snatch at 65#, still babying my hip a little.
