Had to improvise a little on this one. I could do this Rx'd if I was at CFI but I made do with what I had at the gym at work. 45lb hanging squat cleans was my modification. Jumps and lunges were kept the same. I had a 20lb vest so I used it. I need to purchase one of these torture devices. Set the treadmill at first at a 9:30 pace and dropped it to 10min pace and than to a 11 min the last mile.
