RowElite was set up by founder Matthew Tarrant following the Rio Olympic Games. We have a passion for everything relating to sport, fitness and rowing! With over a decade of experience competing at the highest level, we want to pass this knowledge on to you and help you unlock your potential on the rowing machine. We offer programmes for all experience levels with in Rowing and Crossfit, from beginner to elite level athletes. In all sports, your chances of winning a medal can be dependent on a fraction of a second, so why not build on your weaknesses rather than relying on your strengths.
Who is Matthew Tarrant
Matthew Tarrant is a full-time member of the Great Britain Rowing team training hard towards the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. Matthew has represented Great Britain for over ten years. He represented Team GB at the Rio Olympics and has won multiple World Championships, European medals and indoor rowing titles.
What do you need
All you need is access to a rowing machine and the positive mental attitude to complete the programme. Many athletes fail, not because of their equipment, not because of unforeseen circumstances but because they lack the drive to commit to the process.
