This is a 2 man team workout. Only one team member will be working on the prescribed exercise. The other athelte will perform a different task which is determined by the exercise the team is on. Once an athlete can no longer perform the work, or the required hold, then the athletes switch positions until the required reps are aquired. Pull-ups - Jumping Jacks Push ups - Plank hold Sit-ups - legs are held 6 inches off floor squats - hold a bottom squat position
