4 rounds for time of: 22 Air Squats 3 Hand Release Clapping Pushups 19 Down Ups Handstand Hold, 1:20 40 Reverse Lunges

A special at home workout for Michelle's special birthday last week! Happy Birthday Michelle!! If you have a weighted vest, wear it 😆 FURTHER OPTIONS: A) Perform the WOD as written, without the vest. B) Use some form of load i.e. DB/KB/Slam Ball on the Squats and Lunges C) Replace the clapping push up with a standard/ on knee hand release push up D) If you don’t have anywhere to perform the handstand, or need to modify the movement, do 80 secs of walk walk hold, pike hold or a standard plank
