Workout Description

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of: Dumbbell Squat, 35/20 lbs Bar Facing Burpee* Time cap: 12 mins (to complete both 18.2 and 18.2A) *Scaled is allowed to step up/down on burpees. Teens & Masters are not. If you are in the Open Men/Women division, you must also post a score for 18.2A - Scaled. If you are in the Teens 14-15 division or the Masters 55+ division, you must also post a score for 18.2A - Rx'd. Posting a score of 0 to 18.2A - Scaled will still rank you higher than anyone who does not log a score at all.
