    Stoped at six rounds. Was already over the time domain and there's no need to kill myself in the middle of the open. Did the hspu unbroken, bit of rest on my dome. Good job chris, didn't think anyone could program a WOD that made the hspu my favorite part.

    Going Fromm freezing to +30c and thinking you can't maintain intensity is crazy. Cut this at four rounds. Ok, maybe the food and drink had some effect. Either way the folks at Crossfit 5 triple 9 are awesome. Thank you!!
