No PR today... Everything just felt tired.. Still pushed hard though.. Hit my face on my first round of burpees.. Ouch!

  • Almost 9 rounds!!! The goal was 7 until Ced challenged me to 8! I won :) I knew with Nick being there that I would get the push that I needed....Nick seems to know when I'm thinking of taking a long rest because he always comes over and gives me the push! Thanks Nick! This was my first time hitting this WOD so I'm very happy....everything was unbroken....one round I jumped down off the box too far and couldn't rebound....burpees were steady....very happy with this!
