  • Heather showed me how to do go into a second rep and I was able to get 7 sets of 2 ! The rest were singles. These felt so much better today!

  • Did some ugly reps with my feet kicking like usual , then Shaun and Jenna gave me some cues and I was able to keep my feet together and get a better turn over , so once i got that down , I did 20 singles with that form , and it felt so much easier ! Gotta keep focusing on that !
