little sleep, no food, only copious amounts of coffee, studying all die... definitely time to go hard. was fine. dumb bell hang squat cleans sucked. broke them up after first round to 10 and 8. pull ups around 12 and 6 give or take. power cleans were all over the map. got all sets of HSPU really easily only broke it up if fell off wall a little on down but stuck and landed the rep at the top. most the time was spent on the dumb bell cleans and power cleans
