Filthy 40! Pull-ups broken into tens. Swings into 20. Steady box jumps and lunges. Knees to hips in sets of 5-8 to save grip. Push press 20-20, very light but wanted to pace. Back was very slippery for good mornings so had to regroup a few times. Wall balls in tens. Burpees slow but steady. Quick rests. Really liked this one.
