*** 15 - 20 minutes to build up to 1RM *** *** coaching tip - push chest up as lift bar off ground && keep straight up and down on dip of jerk -> helped amazingly!!! *** got 335 overhead up lost when putting feet together little fatigued with all of the lifts before hand.
