A good trick here would be to use 2 wall balls (if available) one to run with and one for shots as the running ball gets so sweaty!!!

    Fortunately, there was only 3 of us in this am, so didn't have to wait for a rope... It must have got hotter & tougher later on today! It was warm at 0630, let alone when you got in!!! Toughy, Tomorrow will be another tough one!
