Day 3 or antibiotic, modified to 3 burpees and 20# dB thrusters. New Year's Resolutions! Even though I was sick I am glad I ended the year with some fitness. Looking back at 2016 I have made some PRs in lifts I thought I'd be stuck at forever at a certain weight. Finally felt what it's like to catch 100#s in the bottom of a snatch. I failed to stand it but I know this year it's possible to finally break 100#s! Got a bar muscle up. This next year I want to focus more on my form. Squat technique has improved so much but still have a lot of work to do. Need to widen grip on pull ups and clean pulls, I am way to narrow. Even if this means scaling more its important to have the technique down. Would like to not feel like I'm dying after assault bike Wods. I'd like to get a strict handstand pushup. If I pee during DU'S, fu!k it, I don't even care so I apologize now if you happen to witness it. Also focus on my nutrition which is key to making any of the above possible. Great job this year Cristal! Yes scale the weight, master lighter weight before going heavier. Be patient! Know that the AssBike punishes the smaller athlete but as you increase your overall fitness then your power output increases too. AssBike is all about how much power output you give off. If u pee its all good.....gross but all good. Just make sure to let us know so we can run the mat cleaner over your mess :) You're awesome Cristal & Im happy you give us your trust & effort
