Day 3 or antibiotic, modified to 3 burpees and 20# dB thrusters. New Year's Resolutions! Even though I was sick I am glad I ended the year with some fitness. Looking back at 2016 I have made some PRs in lifts I thought I'd be stuck at forever at a certain weight. Finally felt what it's like to catch 100#s in the bottom of a snatch. I failed to stand it but I know this year it's possible to finally break 100#s! Got a bar muscle up. This next year I want to focus more on my form. Squat technique has improved so much but still have a lot of work to do. Need to widen grip on pull ups and clean pulls, I am way to narrow. Even if this means scaling more its important to have the technique down. Would like to not feel like I'm dying after assault bike Wods. I'd like to get a strict handstand pushup. If I pee during DU'S, fu!k it, I don't even care so I apologize now if you happen to witness it. Also focus on my nutrition which is key to making any of the above possible.
