* austin ~ 7:30-8 *joe ~ 10 pacing wasn't that great, lost muscle fatigue around 4th round and overflowed into engine... should have took momre time in beginning, little weird because I thought pace was ok, noticed it a little but need tot ake into consideration more, also need to be conscious of musclce fatigue falling over into engine, also need to focus on breathing more throughout, lost a little because went too fast but still need to focus on thruster wasn't that great, need to focus on hitting proper depth, not going down all the way, find that hip block and keeping elboes up, work on front rack mobility going into open push ups were fine, should have broken up into 5's the entire time. lost muscle fatigue fast, really need to work up upper body pushing endurance 5% general fatigue 45% engine 50% muscle fatigue
