PR but I felt absolutely rocked but held on. Testament to my engine bc that didn't feel good.The world started spinning rep 13 on round 8 and I dropped it. Bummed but I just need to go to bed. Midterms officially over and hitting my bed HARD this weekend 😴 muscle snatch 10 power 5. Unbroken all rounds except that one drop at 13. Goodnight ✌🏽️

  • Woohoo! Wrist held up. Engine felt good until about round 6ish. Went between muscle, straight up, paused, whatever felt good. UB except 7-8 last round to try to squeeze out a full 8 rounds.

  • Super bummed, but I am blessed to be healthy and back doing what I love. My lungs will come back. 1 day at a time. Hit a wall at the end of 6, prayed to the watch split gods that it was 7 but no, 6. Did everything in my power to at least get to 8. Splits :52/1:04/1:02/1:05/1:12/1:22/died-1:48/1:30

  • That hurt. Went out hard and just tried to hold on. Muscle snatched 10 then went to power for 5. was able to keep that for 5 rounds then power snatched all 15 round 6. round 7 and 8 were a blurr. just tried to hold on for dear life. doubles were breaking down. That very last rep was all jeremy. Wouldnt have gotten it if he didnt push the bar right at me as soon as I finished my doubles.
