Way fired up on this one. This workout is nasty. Tried to move with a purpose but not rush the snatches in the beginning. Missed one DU rd 2 and randomly broke the 8th round 12-3 (brain was checking out hah) but otherwise unbroken. 0:49/1:01/1:02/1:06/1:08/1:10/1:14/1:17/1:06

  • #thecomeback #rebuildingthebutter not even close to a PR :( haha not a fan of this workout when I'm IN shape so this was humbling to say the least. Couple rounds unbroken, then a little all over the place. Definitely feeling the effects of dropping my blocks down, felt tired beforehand.

  • Stoked with this! Honestly was dreading this all the way up to 3-2-1 GO...but hitting it in group class with Jeremy and Danny going hard definitely made me sack up and push hard. 5 rounds unbroken on PS, 10-5 the last 2. Missed about 3-4 DU randomly.

  • Had to do this solo before coaching :( no expectations going into this, just told myself to push hard and not put the bar down. Ended up only being 15 dubs short of my open score! 7 rounds unbroken snatches, then 10-5 on last round but dropped the bar and immediately dove down to grab it again. Missed 4 or 5 doubles. Really pleased with this, stayed in it mentally! 0:54 / 1:04 / 1:11 / 1:11 / 1:20 / 1:20 /1:30 / 1:30 (round 8 + 6 DU).

  • FIRED UP!!! Hit my second attempt back at CrossFit Kinnick baby :) very happy with this. 381 reps. Power snatch the whole way, doubles were on point, no misses (until the last 21 where my arms were not cooperating). Bring on 14.2!
