Notes

Focused on keeping a good pace the whole time. Looked at my watch round 1 and told myself to slowwwwww down, long wod. After that kept a good consistent pace. Box jump step downs, unbroken S2O did 7 or 8 strict press then 4 or 5 PJ. Unbroken toes to bar through 8 rounds then 6-3. Happy with push, kept moving. Splits 1:11/1:23/1:29/1:30/1:39/1:50/1:53/1:47/1:51/1:51/1:30/time.
