I think I pulled the trigger a little too early. Kept it below 1:50 and then at 500 went to 1:45 and 300 tried to sprint but died at 100 🙁 bummer, still felt like a good row though. Room to improve. First time doing 2km

  • FRICKKKKKK. Had a good time last time so tried a different approach - Came out slower but finished stronger... just short. Damper 5.5 pace 1:52 until 500. 1:47 until 200 then sprinted. Get to below 1:50 for the first 1500.
