CJ DobbertFackkk.. not for a lack of trying. Went for it, kept it, and blew up. Kept a 1:50 pace until 750 left and then biceps, hips and back blew up. Couldn’t pull 🤦🏼♀️ 5.5 dampner. Next timeSeptember 05, 2018
CJ DobbertFRICKKKKKK. Had a good time last time so tried a different approach - Came out slower but finished stronger... just short. Damper 5.5 pace 1:52 until 500. 1:47 until 200 then sprinted. Get to below 1:50 for the first 1500.October 04, 2017
CJ DobbertI think I pulled the trigger a little too early. Kept it below 1:50 and then at 500 went to 1:45 and 300 tried to sprint but died at 100 🙁 bummer, still felt like a good row though. Room to improve. First time doing 2kmApril 21, 2017
