Slowed down way way way too much on the CTBs... disappointed with my effort there. Did those in 5s. WB & DU UB. TTB: 10-10-5-5-5-5. PC singles. Jerks: 12-8. Did squat snatches in singles. And even got 2 MUs in the last minute! Happy with the muscle-ups under fatigue, even if it was only 2! Have to be much better conditioned overall and as per usual, get better at ALL gymnasty movements. Keep working! GET BETTER!!!!
