honestly pretty happy with it, I think my last time doing this was around 8:15-8:30. breathing was ok, pacing couild haave been a little better but did really push it at the end rounds ~2:26/2:30/2:48, not bad splits but definitely should have slowed down first run, run was ~1:20/1:30/1:40 kb, were fine, did good job keeping on them, breathihngn while bell was going down and have excellent movement, pretty much the break pull ups, breezed through them, however not the best brathing or movement, lost momentum a lot, however don't do pull ups at much and kicked a little too much like I would for c2b, 30% general fatigue 65% engine 5% muscle fatigue
