That was a pretty good (bad) one, but a nice grind it out challenge. The lunges went unbroken no drop at 25ft turn around. Pull-ups went 10/8/7 for the first 3 rds then 8/7/5/5 for last 3 rds. Push-ups went 8/7/5/5 for 3 rds then 4/4/4/3/3/2/3/2 for the last 3. Push-ups ate up most of my time.
