Burpees were unbroken just steady pace Box jumps all rebounds in fast 5's these felt good today, it where I made up time and caught ruth up! She soon passed me in the run, my runs are still shit, keep gety no stitch and my calves are so tight! Row was just good steady pace just outside 4 mins, last row just took me over cap but was about 150 metres short! Enjoyed it though rd 2 felt strongest!August 20, 2017
