  • Unbroken first 10 rounds. Then 7-3 for next 4 rounds and then last round was a mess, hit my chin and nose lol. Had to no rep myself a few times, fatigue was kickin in and I jerked a couple. Box jumps jump up step down and then rebounded last 2 mins... need to start rebounding earlier at like 5 mins. Go harder basically. ... update: just rebound the whole wod.. just do it
