Maniac 4pm Sunday with Roka 2:46 grace (tried to do sets of ten. made it through one set, then had to break up into smaller sets.) 10:23 came in from mile (30 mph winds, ran with roka) 15:27 rope climbs (first and second to last climb were in three, all the rest in two) 23:00 second mile (not as windy, Roka wasn't all over the place like first mile) 30:17 burpees (25 at a time) Should not have done this workout a couple hours after eating chili cheese fries and having a beer. So gross. Would have been quicker without transistions for run. Put sweatshirt on and leash on dog and left door propped open each time.
