This was pretty fun but 135# farmer carry was awful. 45# took 6 mins, never put it down, just switched arms a few times. 95# took 6 mins, 135# took 7 mins. Didn't notice much difference between arms till 135#, left grip was way worse. It was probably 70:30 r:l on distance carried. second round of ttb sucked and hang power cleans were harder than expected. Moved pretty slow between inside and outside stuff and slow on changing weights.
