  • Not going to lie, really discouraged today. Been a tough couple months to stay on track, both in the gym and in the kitchen. First three rounds were on track, fell off in the fourth and wanted to quit from the fifth onward. Slowly chipped my way to the end. Too much extra body weight really hurt on the hspu, which was the biggest slow down.
