Woahhh that punched me in the face, thought I picked a good pace but after WB second round I started to falloff. WB broke up 12-8 to try to save hip and quads from too much squatting this week. Abmats were making me so naucious after yesterday 🤢 DL UB but slow. HPC mostly muscle to keep movIng. over all fun wod. 👍🏽
