2018 burpee standard (no step back or up)... 3:40 for first set of burpees (22 in minute 1, 37 @2:00, 51 @3:00)... OHSqt unbroken, done at 5:02... MU done at 6:18, did 7/3... Tried sprinting during last 0:30 but had nothing left and just tried to hang on, luckily I held on to beat my old score by 1 rep... Someday I’ll finish the burpees twice!!
