Only had 30 mins sleep so this is by FAR the poorest I’ve ever performed in a wod- shite effort πŸ’©πŸ’© 30s- 2 full rounds + 30 DB snatches + 30 wall balls 20s- 2 full rounds + 20 DB snatches 10s- 1 full round + 10 DB snatches + 10 wall balls + 3 box jumps All rx’d except DB snatches dropped it to 12.5kg as 15kg wasn’t happening this morning πŸ€” Here’s hoping tomorrow is a better result! πŸ₯³
