Notes

I actually woke up at 2:00 in the morning worried about this WOD. Then right before coming here I felt nauseous. I get so worked up before an open WOD for some reason. I knew I could do the double unders, not unbroken or with a lot of style so I figured I could do the 50lbs for the thrusters knowing that weight was going to be heavy for me. Told myself to get through 10 rounds and that would be good. And I know that are a lot of guys that did a lot more then that but I figured that with the weight and hit or miss double unders, that 10 rounds would be good for me and to get over 11 rounds I’m feeling pretty good about that. Thanks to Steph T for being my judge (jury and executioner, lol).
