Got my second ever muscle up on my first try tonight. I completed all of the wall balls in 10 sets of 12 unbroken and all of the calories in just over 15 minutes which may of been kind of slow but I was okay with that. Had less then five minutes to get as many muscle ups I could get and I got 1... lol. I think I surprised myself and wasn’t able to replicate it because I was thinking about how I did it the first time and I was spent for the three or four other attempts.
