That was chads time, not mine. i started with Cindy and did both Kipping and strict. I did 5 rounds +the 3 rounds of Cindy + 320 row. I was mad at Chad at this pace. I was exhausted. Also doing the dog says of summer August row challenge. Between yesterday and today Iā€™m at 4,500/10,000 row meters for this week.
