  • 69 rep PR, NBD :) tried to stick to the reps I wanted to hit and keep pace with Jeremy but after the first round gave up on that and tried to just keep close to my numbers. Stoked!

  • No idea where this came from. Probably changed game plans like 20 times in my head before starting. Didn't really focus on anything other than going all out on the wall balls and sumos. Box jump and push press numbers felt pretty inconsistent, think that's where I dropped off. The whole thing was a blur lol.
