Notes

Typically enough, despite setting personal records not just for the total but for each individual lift, I'm a little disappointed... I thought I'd beat 700. The total of 685 is an improvement of 115 pounds from my last CrossFit total about a year ago. Shoulder Press: 115 pounds is a record for me by 15 pounds, and I'm really happy with this lift. Back Squat: 265 is a record by 50 pounds. I tried 275 and failed twice, but still feel like I should have been able to get it. In truth, a 50-pound improvement is fantastic considering how little I've worked on this lift. Deadlift: 305 pounds is a personal record by 20 pounds, and it was quite easy to lift. I jumped to 355 and failed, and then felt my injured hip/back area complain and so stopped there; I'm pretty sure I would have been able to get around 335, and should have tried that first.
