That was a fun one to end the week!! Spicy! Bike 64-66 first two rounds, 62 third round 60 last round 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ Ttb as 5’s the whole way!! Happy with that! Snatch unbroken alternating 5’s every round! Burpees 6-4 with 10s bream first 3 rounds, unbroken to finish! Happy to get under 20 mins with all that cardio :) Push week is awesome 🔥🔥🔥
