Mental game was tougher than the lift itself! I am not sure waiting 5 minutes did me any good since I got so worked up! Failed 227#. Waited 2 min. got 217. Waited 2 min and then got 227#! I think the jump from 205 to 227 was mentally challenging since I'd traditionally gone from 205 to 215. So going back to 217 felt familiar and comfortable and gave me confidence for 227#. | 115#x8, 155#x5, 180#x1, 205#x1, 227#(F), 217#x1, 227#x1. Thanks for the motivation Melissa!
