Today was a big day forward for freestanding hspu's. Finally got those down consistently and was able to get a lot of 2's and 3's in rather than singles. I no repped any that weren't controlled or I had to "spring" out of. Rope climbs need work on the L-sit to keep my legs straight. Didn't touch the top beam but pulled to the top. Losing grip towards the end gets a smidge scary 😳
