Everything ub. Put dbs down before lunges on last 2 or 3 rounds for about 5 seconds, didn’t need too, just being a baby. Ttb never got hard, could have gone ub at least 2 more rounds, forearms just on fire. Rounds were about :58, 2:07, 3:15, 4:30, 5:45, 7:00, 8:30, 9:50.
