Tried to take the row a little slower than last time so I could do the air squats faster, which worked to a degree. However, I was slower this time on the pushups and pullups, resulting in a slower time than last time. Could be because I did the deadlift EMOM right before and tweaked my back, or because I slammed my elbow on a weight rack after finishing a pullup warmup, or because I have had a bad month exercise and diet wise. Whatever the reason, very disappointing.
