DL fken DESTROYED me. lower back was gone (legs too, but lower back limiting factor), which realllly slowed my wb down. 5-8 no reps on wb. if I got through the DL just tired/winded, I'm pretty sure I could finish the row and probably get some HSPU 75% of my 1rm for dl
