Notes

Pretty Decent workout, post 5K run and ME Bench Press. Interesting to see where my pain threshold was during this workout. Not surprisingly, I was in the most pain after running. Felt like I could have doubled up KBS and pull-ups without any problems. AHR: 151, MHR: 177. 6:50.4 was working time for Helen. Transitions are what typically kill me when I do Helen straight through.
