No way I can bench my bodyweight. Current 1RM is ~115 lb so 93 lb seemed like a good weight. Looks like I was correct. Afterwards worked on snatch lifts in barbell club. Thank you Rob for the coaching. Goal is to dip/drive up faster, point toes out and get more comfortable with a wider squat position.
