Really happy with this. 20lb PR on the snatch, a big PR on the clean and jerk. The snatch(split) felt pretty solid; the clean and jerk felt decent. A few tweaks on both movements should give me a nice PR in 3 months. Biggest thing to work on is my squat which is probably my weakest movement.
