Day after trail run and I could feel it. I haven't felt this way in a workout for some time. Averaged 1:10 round through round 5 then started to crash. Rested on RPU and WB a few times and just pooped out overall. Disappointing. It may be time to shorten my rope too ...

  • First day with the Buddy Lee (thanks Brian P.) - and rocked the double unders! Overall the WOD felt good but I had to split up the RPU & SDHP after about round 4. I also stopped at 10s - probably could have gotten another few WB but was beat. I need to work on full range of motion for SDHP though. Probably should start using 12' WB target too.
