Felt horrible going into this, sinuses going nuts on me and stomach ache but caught my shut everything out and went hard after completing a round! Steady burpees, tried to keep the pace just a little uncomfortable. Unbroken OHS and MU! Wasn't expecting to do that at all haha. No stopping the second time on burpees even though it hurt. Starting to feel open ready!
