Notes

Scales to jumping muscle ups and I'm glad I did. Nothing to compare but I feel good about how I did. Rings were well above my ears and I got a few coaching tips from one of the staff. Basically work on controlling the decent to help build strength. Something I know but never applied to muscle ups. Dubs still suck but I'm getting bigger and bigger sets.
